Clear bags at or below the dimensions of 12" x 6" x 12” are permitted, as are diaper bags and medical-related bags. Non-clear bags at or below 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted. Is FIFA Fan Festival™ free? How do I get my pass(es)?

Kansas City’s FIFA Fan Festival™ is free and open to the public. All attendees must register in advance to obtain a free general admission digital pass. The pass is required for access but does not guarantee entry to the Festival, as admission is subject to capacity. Reserve your pass now and sign up to receive updates on other activities, food and beverage options, and entertainment.

If you would like to guarantee your entry to FIFA Fan Festival™ on a specific day, you can purchase a Premium Garden Pass or Legacy Lounge Pass.

How do I receive my FIFA Fan Festival™ Pass(es)?

Your digital pass will be sent from No-reply@kansascityfwc26.com to the email address provided in the primary passholder's KC2026 Web App account. Delivery of passes via email will start after May 11, 2026. Once received, you're encouraged to add your pass(es) to your mobile wallet for quick and easy scanning upon arrival.

What if I did not receive my FIFA Fan Festival™ Pass(es)?

If you did not receive your digital pass in your email inbox, check your spam or junk folders first. If you still don’t see your pass, email support@kansascityfwc26.com for assistance.

Please keep in mind that digital pass delivery will start after May 11, 2026. If you reserve or purchase a pass after May 11, you will receive your digital pass via email immediately.

Is re-entry allowed?

Answer

Re-entry will be allowed on the date your pass is valid, unless the site is at capacity. All re-entering guests will need to re-enter through security gates.

Can I use cash to purchase food, drinks, merchandise, etc. at the FIFA Fan Festival™?

FIFA Fan Festival™ Kansas City is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted at any point of sale; only credit or debit card payments are accepted.

What security screening should I expect at FIFA Fan Festival™?

FIFA Fan Festival™ Kansas City will have a fenced perimeter, and all guests will be subject to security screening protocols, including metal detectors and a clear bag policy. See below for the full list of prohibited items:

The National WWI Museum and Memorial is located in downtown KC, and the ConnectKC26 Region Direct bus routes lead to FIFA Fan Festival™. Match ticketholders can also book Stadium Direct service from FIFA Fan Festival™ to/from KC Stadium on match days. Attendees are encouraged to visit the Getting Around page for more details on how to purchase a bus pass. There is no dedicated FIFA Fan Festival™ parking and street parking is limited.

Yes! ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct services are available for match ticketholders on match days. The pick-up location is at the ConnectKC26 bus mall just two blocks from FIFA Fan Festival™.

Passholders are subject to standard security screening and venue policies. They will have access to a dedicated security screening line at the main FIFA Fan Festival™ gates, providing a more streamlined entry experience.

Where are the Premium Garden and Legacy Lounge at the FIFA Fan Festival™?

The Premium Garden and the Legacy Lounge are both located adjacent to the Main Stage. Only those who have purchased a Premium Garden Pass or a Legacy Lounge pass are allowed entry.

Upon arrival at FIFA Fan Festival™ Kansas City, you will find a dedicated entrance for both Premium Garden and Legacy Lounge Passholders at the south gate – display your digital pass to be scanned. Following entry, find your way to the Premium Garden and Legacy Lounge entrance near the Main Stage and display your pass to security personnel at the entrance. Personnel will direct you to the applicable area displayed on your pass.

Reserve your passes. Make your tournament travel seamless by reserving your pass for all ConnectKC26 services you plan to use.
Receive your confirmation email. Once you check out in our secure portal, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Create an account. Visit kc2026.com/transportation and create or sign into your account if already created to reserve your ConnectKC26 passes.
Receive your ConnectKC26 Pass! Your digital pass will be delivered via email. Add your ConnectKC26 passes to your smartphone’s digital wallet for quick and easy boarding.

What are the different types of ConnectKC26 services and what are their costs?

Airport Direct: FREE service providing roundtrip transportation between Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and the FIFA Fan Festival™ in downtown KC. A pass is required.
Stadium Direct: A round-trip, match-day service to the stadium for ticketholders, costing $15 per rider. This service runs from the FIFA Fan Festival™ and four park-and-ride locations. A pass and match ticket are required.
Region Direct: Unlimited rides between the FIFA Fan Festival™ and other key dining, shopping, and entertainment spots. Pass options are: 1-Day for $5, 7-Days for $25, or a Full Tournament pass for $50.
Johnson County United Link: Unlimited rides on bus services between Johnson County neighborhoods and the Region Direct service locations. Pricing is the same as the Region Direct pass.

Are there any free transportation options?

The ConnectKC26 Airport Direct service is free for all users with a pass. The KC Streetcar offers unlimited free rides through downtown Kansas City and does not require a pass.

What transportation options are available for fans with accessibility needs?

Answer

Accessible options are available through multiple services:

KC2026 Accessible Transportation Services and Freedom On-Demand: Two tournament services are available for fans with accessible transportation needs. Complete a one-time registration at KC26Accessible Transportation to use these services.
At ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct park-and-ride locations, accessible parking will be available to guests with a valid ADA permit on a first-come, first-served basis.
RideKC local public buses have lifts/ramps, priority seating and are service-animal friendly.
KC Streetcar provides level boarding and priority seating.
For Rideshare services, please check with the individual provider for information on accessible vehicle availability.

I am booking my ride with KC26 Accessible Transportation. Can others in my group ride with me?

Yes. Up to one companion can accompany a rider on KC2026 Accessible Transportation Services, as space allows. Freedom On-Demand also operates as a shared ride service.

Will there be accessible parking available at the ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct park-and-ride locations?

Answer

Yes, guests with a valid ADA permit can access designated accessible parking, available first come, first served. If you prefer not to drive or need an alternative way to reach a park-and-ride location, Freedom On-Demand is a great ride-hailing option to get you to the closest ConnectKC26 pickup spot. You must complete a one-time registration at KC26Accessible Transportation to use this service.

How do I book a ride using the accessible transportation services?

To book a ride, first complete the one-time ADA registration form. You will then receive a link to download the RideKC Freedom app. In the app, add your credit card information. All trips are then booked and paid for directly within the app before you ride. When you book and pay for your ride in the RideKC Freedom app, your driver’s system automatically shows the trip as paid.

What is the best way to get to the stadium on a match day?

General spectator parking at the stadium will be limited. The recommended way to travel to the stadium is by using the ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct service.
