FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct
- Purpose of this FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct
- This FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct ("FFF Code of Conduct") applies to all operational days (each an "Open Day") of the FIFA Fan Festival in Kansas City ("Event") organized and operated by KC2026.
- This FFF Code of Conduct applies to all areas used in connection with the FIFA Fan Festival, including the south lawn of the National World War I Museum and Memorial and the surrounding premises, facilities, spaces, parking lots, entrances and exits controlled by KC2026 (the "Site") to which a valid Registration Pass ("Pass"), valid purchased ticket (“Ticket”) or accreditation device ("Accreditation") is required for entry.
- Each person on the grounds of the Site ("Attendee") and each person using a pass or ticket to gain access to the Site ("Ticket Holder") are required to adhere to this FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct at all times while at the Site. Any person granted access to the Site by an Accreditation ("Accredited Person") must also adhere to this FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct to the extent it does not conflict with their official duties or terms and conditions applicable to them as an Accredited Person.
- Throughout the period that a Pass, Ticket or Accreditation is required to enter the Site, this FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct replaces, or takes precedence over (where applicable), any other rules or regulations of the same or similar subject matter which may be applicable to the Site during other periods.
- This FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct may be enforced by KC2026, including their officers, employees, representatives, volunteers, security personnel, stewards and administrators, or any third parties contracted to provide services to KC2026 (collectively the "Event Organizers") as well as any public authorities in charge of safety, security and public order at the Site including police or other applicable law-enforcement and emergency services officials.
- All instructions given by Event Organizers, public authorities in charge of safety, security, and public order in the Site, and/or security personnel (public or private) must be followed by all Attendees, Pass/Ticket Holders and Accredited Persons.
- To ensure the highest security and safety standards at the FIFA Fan Festival, the FIFA Fan Festival Code of Conduct may be modified or revised by KC2026 at any time. The latest and effective version will be available at different locations (as determined by the Event Organizers) throughout the Site on Open days, in locations such as ticketing centers and Site entry points. In addition, the Event Organizers reserve the right to develop additional policies specific to different categories of Pass/Ticket Holder and/or Accredited Person based on prevailing security measures and/or risk assessments.
- IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY ATTENDEE, THE TICKET HOLDER, AND ACCREDITED PERSON TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF AND COMPLY WITH THE LATEST AND EFFECTIVE VERSION OF THE FIFA FAN FESTIVAL CODE OF CONDUCT AND OTHER ADDITIONAL POLICIES DESCRIBED IN CLAUSE 1.7 ABOVE PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT, AND WHILE INSIDE, THE SITE.
- FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS FIFA FAN FESTIVAL CODE OF CONDUCT MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE SITE AND/OR CANCELLATION OR REVOCATION OF PASS/TICKET(S) OR ACCREDITATION. ANY PERSON THAT IS DEEMED A SECURITY RISK BY THE EVENT ORGANIZERS, POLICE OR OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES OFFICIALS MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL OR CRIMINAL FINES AND PENALTIES.
- Site Access
- A Pass, Ticket Holder, or Accredited Person may only access the Site via the entrances indicated on their Pass, Ticket or Accreditation (if applicable) or as otherwise directed by the Event Organizers outside the Site. Access to the Site is only permitted upon presentation of a valid Pass, Ticket and/or Accreditation.
- Pass/Ticket Holders may enter the Site on open days, and no earlier than the time indicated by Event Organizers, which remains subject to change at the discretion of the Event Organizers. Attendees, Pass/Ticket Holders, and Accredited Persons must promptly exit the Site at the conclusion of the event or if instructed otherwise by the Event Organizers, police or other emergency services officials.
- All persons entering the Site must pass through safety and security screening at the point of entry. Permission to enter, or to remain inside, the Site is at the absolute discretion of the Event Organizers and/or police or other applicable law enforcement and emergency services officials.
