Parking Status: No dedicated onsite parking available. This is not a park-and-ride location.

Getting to the ConnectKC26 Bus Mall

Because onsite parking is not permitted at this location, we recommend utilizing alternative transportation:

KC Streetcar: Ride the free KC Streetcar to the Union Hill stop (near 27th Street and Main Street) or the Union Station stop, both just a short, walkable distance from the ConnectKC26 Bus Mall.
Region Direct Transit: Avoid the hassle of driving and parking by taking our ConnectKC26 Region Direct service, which travels directly to the FIFA Fan Festival™.
Local Transit & Walking: The Plaza is highly pedestrian-friendly and integrated with local public transit routes. Plan your arrival to walk or use local transit lines to reach the loading area.

To keep transport services moving safely and efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

1. Prep Your Passes

Open your Stadium Direct pass in your mobile wallet and pull up the QR code. Turn your screen brightness all the way up before reaching the line. All riders must also present a valid match-day stadium ticket.

2. Arrive During Your Window

When purchasing your Stadium Direct pass, you selected a departure time window. Please aim to arrive within the departure timeframe you selected.

3. Board Your Shuttle

Staff will guide you to your designated boarding lane once your passes have been scanned. Return service will bring you back to this exact location after the match.
